Star Trek Convention in Vegas 2007

I arrived Wednesday afternoon at the Creation Entertainment's Annual Star Trek
Convention. It was again at the Hilton in Las Vegas NV. I went to the Pre-Event
party that night. It had Tim Russ as the entertainment. He can sing!
 The next day,
after registration, I meet the Orion Slave girl (Mikki) in the lobby. We were
the only ones in Uniform, except for the Fedes in their pajamas. We became
friends and paled around together the rest of the week end. (She also had
Captain Chair ticket). She introduced me to her cousin Christi, a Female Klingon!
Christi arrived Friday. After Thursday's day star appearances, I went to the
Borg Bingo. It was fun and had star announcers.
For dinner, I went to the
Imperial Palace on the Mono Rail (in uniform). There were lots of photo ops and
returning on the Mono Rail when approaching the Hilton Station, there was an announcement... "You are now approaching the Hilton Station,
home of the Star Trek
Experience. So this will explain to anyone that may find themselves
seated next to a Klingon". The entire car laughed because they were "Seated next
to a Klingon".
 Friday was interesting and filled with star interviews. That night was the
Chaplain Chair dinner. There were more Klingons and was fun for all. Saturday
was another day filled with lots to see and the appearance of my Ring of Fire Fleet-mates. The night ended
with the Ring of Fire night at Quark's and the Desert
Party.
Sunday was Klingon Day that started with the Klingon Luncheon at
Benihana. I got a "Photo Op" photograph with Gowron (Robert O'Reilly) and
autograph. The Photo Op did not arrive before the end of the convention so I'm
waiting for Creation to make it available. I will make it and other Photos
available when I can.
At the Convention Creation announced that next year, the Star Trek Convention
will be Five (5) days, from August 6 through 10, 2008. I have only one thing to
say, Get your days ready and I'll see you there!!
