Ship Social 2006
Ship's Kaptain Reporting - Holo-images pending security review
Our first annual ship’s social kicked off with a mellow roar. I arrived at the
park about an hour earlier to secure a table and get the fire started. After
arguing with a Ferengi Female for table space in the area I had picked out
during the scouting party, I was forced to move to another table, more secluded
from the other Terrans, which turned out to be a better location, and one that
we will use in the future.
Our ship’s honorary member, WamWI, and his brother and sister were with me.
Qito, HoS'etlh, and K’Dar arrived later. We feasted upon Terran hot dogs,
salads, vegetables, Bloodwine, and “Artifical Targ Cheese Flavored Puffed Gagh”.
I set the wee warriors to exploration of the park and interaction with other
young Terrans while Qito, HoS'etlh, and K’Dar spoke together of their
adventures. We then took some holopics, discussed the next meeting location, and
adjourned the festivities.
Special thanks to Jordee for his reconnaissance of the park and keeping the
perimeter safe for our celebrations. His efforts did not go unnoticed. The next
social will greet him gladly.
