Supporting charities is one of the goals of our group. We have organized or participated in events supporting these charities.

• AHEAD With Horses http://aheadwithhorses.org/
  AWH's mission is to maximize the potential of disabled, disadvantaged, special-needs children providing developmental therapy, education and recreation through horses and related experiences, with measurable improvement physically, mentally, socially and/or emotionally resulting in increased self-sufficiency and the ability to lead better and more independent and productive lives. The program provides developmental therapy services to 200 children each week. 1000 children participate in field trips and-or special activities.

  Pirates for CHOC was created to raise funds to support the efforts of various children’s hospitals in their valiant efforts to further the well-being and the quality of care for children in need. We play games, hand out toys, and bring joy and laughter to these wonderful children in a time when a smile can be the best medicine.
   
• Passionately Pink for the Cure® http://www.passionatelypink.org/
  Susan G. Komen for the Cure: The world's largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists fighting to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. Thanks to events like the Komen Race for the Cure, they have invested nearly $1 billion to fulfill our promise, becoming the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.
